The piece now allows any accessory that can fit on a rifle to now be mounted on the Remington 870 / 1100. The RB7R quad rail system features:

No gunsmitthing required! This rail will fit both tapped and untapped receivers, both. Install time take under 10 minutes from the time the rail is removed from the box to the time the shotgun is ready to fire. We even supply the tools and detailed instructions!
As seen below the rail will work with most popular shell holders. Extension tubes with sling loops may hinder the rail.
*** A side note. The clamp system in this kit sees 100% of the shock associated with every round fired. It is of the utmost importance that the clamp be as tight as possible so as not to move backwards. Loctite and frequent checking of the clamps is recommended. If the clamp works loose, all of the energy is transferred to the pins and screws, which are not meant to see that level of shock. ***
