One-Year Limited Warranty
Black Aces Tactical warrants to the original retail purchaser that each Black Aces Tactical firearm shall be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use and service for a period of one (1) year from the date of original retail purchase.
This Limited Warranty applies only to the original purchaser and is not transferable.
What This Warranty Covers
During the warranty period, Black Aces Tactical will, at its sole discretion, repair or replace any firearm found to be defective in materials or workmanship, subject to the exclusions and limitations stated below.
What This Warranty Does NOT Cover
This Limited Warranty does not cover the cosmetic appearance of the Black Aces Tactical firearm or any damage caused by:
Unauthorized Modifications
Any unauthorized repairs, alterations, or modifications to the firearm will automatically void this Limited Warranty.
Legacy Models – No Warranty Coverage
Certain Black Aces Tactical firearm models have been designated as Legacy Models and are discontinued. Legacy Models are not covered under this One-Year Limited Warranty or any other warranty, whether express or implied.
The following models are classified as Legacy Models and are excluded from warranty coverage:
Black Aces Tactical makes no representations or warranties regarding the performance, condition, or serviceability of Legacy Models. No warranty service, repair, replacement, or parts support will be provided for these models, regardless of date of purchase.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, all implied warranties, including but not limited to the implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose, are expressly disclaimed for Legacy Models.
Additional Limitations
This Limited Warranty does not cover incidental or consequential damages. To the fullest extent permitted by law, all implied warranties, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose, are limited in duration to the one-year warranty period described above.
Warranty Service
Proof of original purchase is required to obtain warranty service. To obtain service under this Limited Warranty, you must follow the instructions below. You are responsible for all shipping costs to the Service Center. Black Aces Tactical will not accept COD shipments of any firearm for service. After repair or replacement, the firearm or a similar model will be returned to you, return postage paid by Black Aces Tactical. If we replace the firearm, we will keep the firearm that you returned to Black Aces Tactical.
RMA Instructions:
If a repair is needed on a Black Aces Tactical firearm, please submit your request through our warranty/service request. All fields must be filled out. Once this information is received by the RMA team at Black Aces Tactical, an RMA number and detailed instructions will be provided on sending your firearm to the Service Center. Please note: Ensure your firearms is unloaded and cleaned properly prior to sending it in for RMA work. Black Aces Tactical will not accept uncleaned guns for service.
Returns without RMA# will not be processed.

Yes, all of our firearms come with Benelli Mobil chokes. The chokes can be identified by the notch on them and is as follows:
1-Full
3-Modified
5-Cylinder

Depending on the date of manufacturing your choke kit will either be Benelli Mobil or Winchester. Please refer to online images to determine your brand.
All of our firearms accept 2¾” or 3″ Buckshot, birdshot, and slugs. The mags do not accept 3½” shells. We use Black Aces Tactical ammo during our testing. Please refer to the user manual or markings stamped on your barrel to know which shell size will cycle in your gun.
