Limited Lifetime Warranty: Black Aces Tactical warrants to you, the original retail purchaser of a new Black Aces Tactical firearm, that the Black Aces Tactical firearm will be free of defects in material or manufacture for the lifetime of the firearm. BLACK ACES TACTICAL MAKES NO OTHER WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND OR CONDITIONS.

Purchaser’s Remedy:
Black Aces Tactical will, at its sole option, (1) repair the firearm or any part thereof that, upon examination and testing by Black Aces Tactical, does not conform to the Limited Warranty without charge to you for parts or labor, or (2) replace the Black Aces Tactical firearm with a new or similar model. THIS REMEDY SHALL BE YOUR EXCLUSIVE AND SOLE REMEDY FOR ANY BREACH OF WARRANTY. BLACK ACES TACTICAL SHALL NOT BE RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY OTHER EXPENSES, LOSSES OR INCONVENIENCE THAT YOU MAY SUSTAIN AS A RESULT OF THE PURCHASE, USE, MALFUNCTION OR DEFECTIVE CONDITION OF THE FIREARM. Black Aces Tactical reserves the right to inspect, examine and/or test the firearm to assess any claim made under the Limited Warranty.

EXCLUSIONS:
THIS WARRANTY DOES NOT COVER THE COSMETIC APPEARANCE OF THE BLACK ACES TACTICAL FIREARM OR ANY DAMAGE CAUSED BY:

1. NORMAL WEAR AND TEAR;
2. FAILURE TO PERFORM PROPER CARE AND MAINTENANCE;
3. ACCIDENTS, ABUSE OR NEGLECT;
4. BARREL OR BORE OBSTRUCTIONS;
5. FAILURE TO FOLLOW THE INSTRUCTIONS AND WARNINGS THAT ACCOMPANY THE FIREARM; OR
6. THE USE OF DEFECTIVE, NON-SAAMI STANDARD, REMANUFACTURED, HAND-LOADED, AND/OR RELOADED AMMUNITION.

IN ADDITION, ANY UNAUTHORIZED REPAIRS, ALTERATIONS OR MODIFICATIONS TO THE FIREARM WILL AUTOMATICALLY VOID THE LIMITED WARRANTY.

If Black Aces Tactical examines and tests the firearm and the cause of repair is deemed to be one of the above-mentioned exclusions, the owner will be billed for any repairs deemed necessary and return shipping costs. Black Aces Tactical will not begin repairs or return firearm until payment is made in full.

Warranty Service:
To obtain service under this Limited Warranty, you must follow the instructions below. You are responsible for all shipping costs to the Service Center. Black Aces Tactical will not accept COD shipments of any firearm for service. After repair or replacement, the firearm or a similar model will be returned to you, return postage paid by Black Aces Tactical. If we replace the firearm, we will keep the firearm that you returned to Black Aces Tactical.

RMA Instructions:
If a repair is needed on a Black Aces Tactical firearm, please submit your request through our warranty/service request. All fields must be filled out. Once this information is received by the RMA team at Black Aces Tactical, an RMA number and detailed instructions will be provided on sending your firearm to the Service Center. Please note: Ensure your firearms is unloaded and cleaned properly prior to sending it in for RMA work. Black Aces Tactical will not accept uncleaned guns for service.

Returns without RMA# will not be processed.

Do the barrels accept chokes?

Yes, all of our firearms come with Benelli Mobil chokes. The chokes can be identified by the notch on them and is as follows:

1-Full

3-Modified

5-Cylinder

Depending on the date of manufacturing your choke kit will either be Benelli Mobil or Winchester. Please refer to online images to determine your brand.

What rounds do the shotguns accept?

All of our firearms accept 2¾” or 3″ Buckshot, birdshot, and slugs. The mags do not accept 3½” shells. We use Black Aces Tactical ammo during our testing. Please refer to the user manual or markings stamped on your barrel to know which shell size will cycle in your gun.
